Baked layer of daugh of Arabic sweet
Baklava Egyptian sweet
Mix flour,corn flour,egg and 1/2 liter cold water together till you get soft dough
Cut dough into 8 pieces,Roll each piece of dough into the shape of a sheet
Place all sheets above each other and put butter ghee between each sheet
Cut the dough into 10 rectangles.sprinkle nuts on top of each rectangle and close the rectangle
Arrange the 10 rectangles in a buttered oven tray ad put in the oven on 180 degrees till baklava looks golden (approximately 45 minutes)
Mix the sugar,Lemon Juice and the lemon zest with i liter cold water in a p;an.Put the pan on low heat,till reduced to half the quantity.
Add the warm syrup to the cold baklava,serve cold.
