Apple Pie was brought to the colonies by the british,Dutch and Swedish during the 17th & 18th Century. The Apple Pie had to wait for the pleating of Europe varieties,Brought across the World to become fruit being apple trees,to be selected for the cooking qualities as there were no native apple excpt “crabapples “which yield very small and sour taste .In the maintime Colonists were more likely to make their pies or Pastries.Apple Pie was common food in 18th century Delaware ,As noted by the New Sweden Historian Dr.Israel Acreliur in a letter .

Apple pie is used throughout the whole year and when fresh apples are no longer to be had,dried one are used It is the evening meal of Children.Apple Pie are lots of variety in Europe countries and America,Like English Style,French Style,Swedish Style and American Culture. I always prepare french Swedish style Apple pie is very different compared to the American version of the sweet dessert instead of it being right side up with crust on top and bottom.it actually is upside down with the fruit being caramelized.this can be made not only with apples but other fruits or vegetables as well for example pears or tomatoes,The Swedish style apple pie is Predominantly a variety of apple,Crumble rather than a Traditional pastry Pie.Often Breadcrumbs are used (Wholly or Partially) instead of flour and sometime rolled Oats.It is usually flavoured with Cinnamon and served with Vanilla Custard or Ice Cream.

Apple Pie Filling i used two kinds of filling mostly Blueberry filling & Apple filling
For Blueberry Filling
Ready made Blueberry filling, Sliced Almonds, Frozen Mix berry,Bread Crumbs All together Mix and Put in the tart and Top some Tart make slice small pics and put in top of felling after Brush with beaten Egg.
For Apple feeling
Green Apple,Sugar,Cinnamon Powder Walnuts,sliced Almonds,Ragins & Bread crumbs Mixing together feel the tart cut some tart dough and put it on the top of felling .
Baking Temperature 175 degree 25 minuter in oven
